Brandon McRae
Brandon attended Monacan High School. He finished his high school career at Hargrave Military Academy and then attended Morehead State university led his team in all Receiving categories as a true freshman. Then Walked on At Mississippi state and received a full scholarship after a semester. Fighting the odds all his life, Brandon fulfilled his life long dream of making it to the NFL, playing for the St. Louis Rams. He then continued his career playing in the AFL for the Georgia Force and CFL Edmonton Eskimos.
Brandon has always had passion to help people in anyway he could. He enjoys working with the youth of today and providing opportunities wherever he can to better his community.

Mark Parson
Mark is a Richmond Virginia native and attended Monacan High School. He finished his high school career at Fork Union Military Academy and then got the opportunity to receive a full athletic scholarship at the University of Ohio.
After hard work in the classroom and the gridiron, Mark fulfilled his life long dream of making it to the NFL, playing for the Houston Texans and the Super Bowl winning New Orleans Saints for 3 years.
Mark has a passion to help parents develop their children to grow into successful, respectable adults throughout Virginia, leveraging football and its many lessons.
Director of Creative Operations
Cole Rawson
Cole has worked as a freelance graphic designer and photographer. He recently graduated from Cosby High School, in Midlothian, VA, and will attend George Mason University. Some notable previous gigs include freelance design for local athletic associations, and an internship for ARMS Software in which he was part of the creative and operations teams who worked with various colleges and universities.
